How It Works

• Team Introduction Session: Kick off with a half-day in-person workshop or two 2-hour virtual sessions. During this session, we’ll introduce the Working Genius framework, review individual and team results, and explore how to align roles for maximum productivity.

• Personalized Coaching Sessions: Each team member will participate in a 60-minute one-on-one virtual coaching session following the team workshop to dive deeper into their Working Genius profile and create actionable strategies to optimize their contributions.

• Weekly Email Challenges: Weekly post-session challenges designed to help your team apply the Working Genius framework in real-world scenarios and build momentum for long-term success.

Pricing

Team Session: $2500

Individual Profiles: $25 per person

1:1 Coaching: $250 per person
