Zoom out and get clear on what matters most to eliminate late hours and weekend work. You’ll define your big-picture leadership goals, shift from reactive to intentional, and walk away with tools to get organized so you can focus on what truly moves the needle.

Session 2: Focus & Energy Management
Learn strategies to manage distractions, protect your focus, and maximize your energy. You’ll also build resilience techniques to help you stay steady and confident, even when demands are high.

Session 3: Sustainability & Real-Time Coaching
Create a realistic plan to keep your progress going beyond the bootcamp. You’ll also see real-time leadership coaching in action, giving you practical insights and strategies you can immediately apply to your own challenges.
